We reserve appointments after 3pm for our private patients.
We provide emergency appointments for broken braces daily.
If your brace is broken, please contact the practice at 8:30am via email for an appointment that day.

Emergency Treatment
For emergencies during normal opening hours please call the practice. For emergencies outside of normal hours, please call the practice and our answer phone will give you instructions for out of hours treatment.
Cancelling an Appointment
If you need to cancel or re-arrange an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This enables us to re-allocate the appointment to somebody else. If you need urgent attention while wearing a brace fitted at this practice, please contact us for advice.
Complaints Procedure
We aim to make your experience at the practice as pleasurable as possible. However, should you have any complaints, please contact Clare Buchanan who will be able to deal with your complaint and talk you through our procedure. Alternatively, you can pick up a copy of the procedure from reception.
